These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Partners Hub ("Platform") operated by Atria Tech AI. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AI Partners Hub is a verified directory and lead matching platform connecting businesses ("Buyers") with AI automation agencies ("Agencies"). We facilitate introductions but are not party to any agreements between Buyers and Agencies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the company you represent. By using the Platform, you confirm this eligibility.

3. Agency Listings

Agencies that list on AI Partners Hub agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information about their services, team, and credentials
  • Not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or case studies
  • Respond to matched leads within 48 hours
  • Maintain professional conduct in all communications initiated through the Platform

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or harmful, at our sole discretion.

4. Lead Matching (Buyers)

Buyers using our Get Matched service agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information and contact details
  • Use agency contact information only for the stated project purpose
  • Not submit fraudulent or spam match requests

The matching service is free for Buyers. We make no guarantee that a match will be found or that any agency will meet your specific needs.

5. Disclaimers

AI Partners Hub provides a discovery and introductory service only. We do not:

  • Guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by listed agencies
  • Warrant that agency listings are complete or up-to-date
  • Accept liability for disputes between Buyers and Agencies

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications to agencies or buyers
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures
  • Post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding agency-submitted profiles) is owned by or licensed to Atria Tech AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atria Tech AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
