How rankings work here
No pay-to-rank. Every agency is scored 0–100 by the same five public factors. Sponsored placements exist — and they are always labeled.
The quality score
Default “Recommended” ordering on every listing page is driven by this weighted score, recalculated automatically as profiles and reviews change.
Profile completeness
Full descriptions, tools, solutions, industries, team size, budgets and case studies. Complete profiles help buyers decide — so they rank higher.
Data freshness
How recently the profile was updated or re-verified. Stale listings decay in ranking until refreshed.
Verification
Website, contact and business checks performed by our team. Higher verification levels earn more score.
Client reviews
Volume and ratings of moderated client reviews, including quality, communication, value and on-schedule dimensions.
Engagement
Responsiveness to matched leads and activity on the platform. Agencies that respond fast serve buyers better.
Verification levels
Every listing starts as pending until our team checks the website, contact details and service claims. Verified agencies carry a badge; agencies that fail checks are removed, not hidden.
Review moderation
Reviews are screened before publication: we block disposable emails, filter spam and verify client relationships where possible. Agencies cannot pay to remove a negative review.
Sponsorship disclosure
Paid placements (Featured cards, tool-page sponsors) are always labeled “Featured” or “Sponsored”. Payment never changes an agency’s quality score or its reviews.
