  • Agency matching: When you submit a Get Matched request, your brief (but not full contact details) is shared with matched agencies. Agencies receive your contact details only if you grant explicit consent.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (PostgreSQL), and email. These providers process data only as instructed by us.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain lead data for 12 months and agency profile data for as long as the listing is active. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form data is retained for 90 days.
